Custom Cable Assembly Builder.
Bulgin’s Custom Cable Assembly Builder allows the creation of a range of different cabled solutions covering our Power, Data and Fiber product ranges. Builds can be configured in three different build formats: Single Cabled, Double Cabled and Triple Cabled whilst allowing the mix-n-match of connectors and cabling options.
Power Connectors.
A full range of IP66, IP67, IP68 and IP69K rated environmentally sealed circular power connectors designed to provide secure, robust and watertight connections in heavy duty, industrial & harsh environment applications.
Each series has a flex cable connector, in-line flex cable connector and bulkhead panel mounting options - overmolded cable versions are also available for certain series.
Data Connectors.
The dust and waterproof Data Buccaneer range includes a wide variety of sealed circular connectors designed specifically for Ethernet, USB (including mini-usb and micro-usb) and SMB applications.
Our sealed RJ45 Ethernet connector solutions meet Cat 5e requirements for data rates up to 100Mhz and are suited to a wide variety of industrial & harsh environment applications.
Fiber Connectors.
The Bulgin Circular Fiber Connector range offer high quality and reliable fiber connectivity solutions. Suitable for use in industries such as outdoor broadcast, FTTX (fiber to the x), server room engineering, civil engineering, marine, aviation and rail applications.
Single Connector Option.
The Single Connector to Single Cabled configuration allows the selection of a desired Bulgin connector to a desired single cable option - tailored from your previous product range selection.
Double Connector Option.
The Double Connector to Single Cabled configuration allows the selection of two desired Bulgin connectors to a desired single cable option - tailored from your previous product range selection.
Triple Connector Option.
The Triple Connector to Twin Cabled configuration allows the selection of three desired Bulgin connectors to a desired Y-Cable option - tailored from your previous product range selection.
How to build your cable assembly.
The Custom Cable Assembly Builder consists of 4 stages. First a desired Product Category is selected, followed by the selection of a desired Cable Option. The third stage is the build of your Custom Cable Assembly. Once complete your enquiry is then sent to our dedicated expert team of engineers, followed by the delivery of your custom build ready for use.

Each configuration allows the mix-n-match of connectors and cabling options, providing you with a wide range of potential build solutions to meet your needs.
Once your Product Category and Cable Options have been selected you will arrive at the build stage of the process. The available Connector and Cable options relate to your previous Product Category and Cable Option selections, which when selected display the components of your Custom Cable Assembly within the visual build area.
Send us your custom build enquiry.
When all of the available selection options within the build phase have been made, your complete Custom Cable Assembly will be visible. An enquiry is then sent to our dedicated expert team of engineers followed by your contact details.
An email confirmation with a copy of your build configuration will be sent for your records and a member of our team will then be in contact with you with regards to your custom product build.
Receive your custom built product.
Once your Custom Cable Assembly build is complete you will receive your custom built product ready to use straight out of the box.
