6000 Series AO USB

Waterproof circular Active Optical USB 3.0 connectors that combine an easy to use 30° quick-turn locking mechanism with proven environmental sealing. Our Active Optical USB cable assemblies and panel mount receptacles transmit data as light through optical fibres, enabling simple and reliable plug and play connections at up to 5Gbps, over longer distances and with greater immunity to electromagnetic interference (EMI) than conventional copper cables.

Available in rugged plastic bodies, this IP68 sealed Active Optical USB connector series is ideal for applications where the ingress of dust and water must be avoided, and where high-speed data, extended cable lengths (up to 100m) and ease of connection are essential in harsh environments
