Marketing Manager

 

We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager to lead our Marketing function and ensure creative and engaging content is created to promote our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the performance of campaigns and activities to ensure the effectiveness of the content, coordinating partners and support teams with specialist knowledge in creation and delivery, and building global and local marketing initiatives to deploy and track progress during the year.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Build Global and Local Marketing initiatives, deploy and track progress during the year. Ensure initiatives have channel-specific plans for offer & segment campaigns to end-users.
  • Analyse performance to maximize return on investment.
  • Brief and manage external agencies to deliver SEO, PPC, PR content, and campaign creation.
  • Manage the deployment of New Product Introductions.
  • Coordinate content creation for Distribution partners.
  • Report on Market trends identifying sector opportunities.
  • Provide tools to Sales colleagues for the effective deployment of strategy.
  • Develop specific campaigns to support new business initiatives to gain profitable new customers and retain existing, including supporting with the creation of sales presentations.
  • Market analysis, segmentation strategy, and a key influencer in driving technology roadmaps and requirements.
  • Lead the brand, ensuring all campaigns have a targeted approach with the outcome always focused on delivering strategic objectives.
  • Plan and execute the promotional calendar.
  • Optimise conversion rates through digital channels

 

Qualification and experience

Our successful candidate will be self-autonomous with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills, as well as expertise in turning digital strategies into solutions that enhance customer experience.

 

Essential

  • Expert knowledge of turning digital strategies into a reality that improves user outcomes.
  • Experience of managing GTM strategies utilising Distribution network.
  • Experience of competitor analysis.

 

Desirable

  • Clear and concise report and proposal writing skills.
  • Experience of working with Salesforce.
  • Project Management.
  • Relevant industry/sector knowledge
